Terms & Conditions
Last updated: August 4, 2026. These terms cover how you can use BrainBreak, operated by Codeloop Ltd. By using the site, you agree to them.
BrainBreak is free to use for personal, non-commercial entertainment — solving riddles, playing the games, and sharing results with friends. No account or signup is required. You agree not to misuse the site: don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or bulk-download content, or interfere with other players in multiplayer rooms.
The riddles, trivia, word puzzles, and other content on BrainBreak are original and owned by Codeloop Ltd, except where a puzzle is generated from an image you personally upload (see the Privacy Policy for how those images are handled — they're processed in your browser and never sent to a server). You're welcome to share links to BrainBreak or screenshots of your results, but the content itself may not be copied, republished, or redistributed elsewhere without permission.
Riddles, trivia, and quiz answers are provided for entertainment purposes and checked for accuracy at the time of writing, but Codeloop Ltd doesn't guarantee every answer is free of error. If you spot one that looks wrong, let us know through the Contact page and it'll be reviewed.
BrainBreak may display advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party websites. We aren't responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site linked from here. See the Privacy Policy for details on advertising and cookies.
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We work to keep BrainBreak available and error-free, but don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and Codeloop Ltd isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These terms may be updated occasionally as the site changes. Continued use of BrainBreak after an update means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Codeloop Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom.
Using BrainBreak means you accept these terms, the same way visiting any website does — there's no separate sign-up or click-to-agree step since the site doesn't use accounts.
